F3J Bovec 2011

On behalf of the organizing committee and in my own name I would like to thank to all participants after the successful completion of the “8th European championship F3J 2011″ in Bovec for the cooperation and assistance by organizing the competition.

Special gratitude goes to our friends from Slovakia and the Czech Republic and to our seniors (international timekeepers team), they did their work perfectly, without any errors and complaints, despite the hot weather.

I would like to say thank you also to the members of FAI jury, team managers and competitors for their understanding in case of our problems.

Thanks to all other members of our staff, to our technical support and other helpers, all together we did a great job. Thanks also to fire brigade from Bovec, Mr. Edi Melinc and our cook Minč.

Without understanding of airport Authority and local modellers we wouldn’t be able to carry out the competition, they deserve our gratitude too.

Finally, I must say thank you also to our sponsors, aspecially to mayor of Bovec Mr. Danijel Krivec for his help and support and Mr. Gavrilko from Vladimir’s models and Mr. Nikolay from NAN models for their awards for the winners. Each of sponsors has its own way to contribute to the good organization of the championship.

After fly-offs also individual competitions of “8^th European Championship” in Bovec are finished.

Seniors champion is Arijan Hucaljuk (Cro), 2^nd place won Vojciech Byrski (Pol) and 3^rd place Lionel Fournier (Fra).

Juniors champion is Tomasz Frak (Pol), 2^nd place won Marco Gallizia (Ita) and 3^rd place Ryan Höllein (Ger).

Team competitions of “8^th European Championship” in Bovec are finished.

Seniors team champion is Team Turkey, 2^nd place goes to Slovenia and 3^rd place to Italy.

Juniors team champion is Team Germany, 2^nd place goes to Slovakia and 3^rd place to Italy.

After yesterdays team managers meeting we prepared new time schedule, three fly-off flights for seniors and juniors will be on Thursday afternoon, three fly-off flights for seniors and juniors on Friday morning.

Today we published the second bulletin. The bulletin includes information about equipment on event location, competitors, antidoping rules etc. Please download the bulletin via the following link. You can also find the form, which must be filled and signed by competitors before the competition.

Because of time problems new deadlines for official entry forms and receipt of entry fees are fixed – for entry forms 25th May 2011 and for entry fees 31st May 2011. Official entry form will be prepared in a day or two.
